Teresa Kogut, Heartstring Samplery and More!

Greetings from soggy North Georgia! January has been quite the weather month for all of us but hopefully it will moderate soon! February will bring some sneak peeks at the new designs coming to the Nashville Wholesale Market the first weekend of March but there is plenty to chat about now so showcasing a few of those in this newsletter.

Blackbird Designs 

A nice surprise is the reprint from Blackbird Designs is Winter Wonderland that has been on many stitcher's wish list so now we have a chance to add this great design to our stash again. I am hoping we will see more soon.

Teresa Kogut

This designer has released four new designs and each reflect her wonderful designing style. The first, Common Looking, has a humorous view of common looking people (and there are many of us), and showcases her folk art style. A Clean Heart arrives in time for creating a love project and a reminder for us all. Then 1810 Folkart is just that for those who love to stitch her folk art designs and the finished projects do add such charm once displayed in your home. And if you have foxes that roam around your home (and I do from time to time in these North Georgia woods), there is Foxes Have Dens that reflects a bibical quote. All of these designs have such wonderful colors for you to bring to life with your needle and thread.

Heartstring Samplery

Three new releases from Heartstring Samplery and one, Lady Columbia, is the start of a new series, Americana Mamas. The second design is a reproduction sampler titled A Ship For Mary and catches my attention as I love any design with ships! Finally, there is For The Love Of Stitching that offers several designs and finishes so this one will be a great addition to your stash to either stitch for yourself or a stitching friend.

Jan Hicks Creates

This designer has released three new designs and will be hard to choose which one to purchase so just get them all! First is Hopeful Heart Prayer Flag followed by In The Pink to Love Birds. Cardinals never fail to capture a stitcher's heart so this design is proving popular already with a pair of Cardinals. And In The Pink has such a soft and delicate pallet so it will be a joy to stitch as well.

So, plan purchases carefully and use our Wish List to build your order until you reach $125.00 and then submit the order. Orders under $125.00 ship for a flat rate of $4.95 but in some cases, weight may add a dollar or so but still a great shipping price if you order multiple items. The free shipping is only for USPS and not FedEx or UPS.
